General Qualifications:
•  Graduates of Engineering or any course related to the position.
•  License is required for senior positions.
•  For Cadet Engineer Position: willing to be trained and a fast learner; preferably fresh graduates.
•  Must have an initiative, highly self-motivated and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
•  Hardworking, efficient, trustworthy and with a sense of loyalty

For Engineering Design Services
•  Capable of preparing detailed engineering design and shop drawings for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for any of the following projects: airport, commercial, high-rise buildings(hotel/residential) industrial (oil & gas, refineries, power plants etc.), communication towers, roads, highways and land development projects.
•  Knows local and international design codes and standards in their respective field of specialization.
•  Knowledgeable and proficient in either: AutoCAD software min. rel. 2000, 3D Studio Max, Microstation, STAAD Pro, Etabs, Prokon, Sap 2000 or any other engineering design softwares.
•  Willing to render overtime works, graveyard shifts and be assigned in both local and international projects (Philippines and abroad).

For Construction / Project Management Services
•  Knowledgeable in project management implementation and adept in reviewing plans, technical specifications, and interfacing of packages.
•  Willing to be assigned in the province.
