Trans-Asia has evolved since its incorporation in 1965 from what was originally a local production center for a large American engineering firm involved in international development projects throughout Southeast Asia . The following decades saw the skills in Civil Works Design and Planning progress towards expertise in Construction Management and Design Works on Commercial, Residential, and Landmark Building projects. In the early 1990's, as ownership of the firm passed to a European engineering Company, Trans-Asia moved into larger fields, particularly, on Infrastructure and Industrial Engineering projects.
